Union-backed voter fraud group has direct ties to Barack Obama for President campaignby OSKAR GARCIA - 51 minutes ago - LAS VEGAS (AP) — Nevada state authorities are raiding the Las Vegas headquarters of an organization that works to get low-income people to vote.
A Nevada secretary of state's office spokesman said Tuesday that investigators are looking for evidence of voter fraud at the office of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN. No one was at the ACORN office when state agents arrived with a search warrant and began carting records and documents away.
Secretary of State spokesman Bob Walsh says ACORN is accused of submitting multiple voter registrations with false and duplicate names. The raid comes two months after state and federal authorities formed a task force to pursue election-fraud allegations in Nevada.

OBAMA = STREET HUSTLER.
And the truth shall set you free. :)
Seriously, fear those that will do anything to win.
What are these liberals thinking...so much for truth, justice and the American way.
May be splitting hairs here, but Citizens Services Inc received the $800K. CSI is a subsidiary of ACORN and so is Project Vote.
It would be like saying Chevrolet received $800K and Cadallac is under investigation for voter fraud. While both are subsidiaries of GMC they are still distinct companies.
Regardless, all are linked to Obama in several different ways and have committed several instances of Voter fraud in various states.
Is this Obama's G. Gordon Liddy moment?
More guilt by association stuff. It's worthless mud slinging, and you know it.
If a group supporting McCain acted illegally, it wouldn't be McCain's fault. And I wouldn't blame him for it. Guess that shows how logically impaired many right-wingers are. Of course, respect for logic (and truth) isn't exactly your strong suit.
LOL... Guilt by association?
Well yes and no.
Of course there are times when it is perfectly logical to apply guilt by association. That is when there are multiple shady associations with a politician.
Most people understand that you take such associations into account when judging, oh I dunno, a potential US President?
And in this case Obama was an ACORN attorney. He paid $800,000 to this organization (or one of it's hidding places) for just these kinds of efforts.
He taught ACORN and Project Vote how to, uh, well... Organize.
He has been instrumental in directing millions of taxpayer dollars to ACORN.
Guilt by association? Well OK I guess we agree.
Guilty.
yip yip
ps. Can we expect more raids in Ohio and Minnessota? There are hundreds of thousands of questionable "registrants" there as well. Don't forget they found ACORN guilty of voter fraud in Washington State last year.

Next.
I can't stand the dissembling from the left anymore it is so shameless. Everyone knows ACORN's territory - where ACORN Housing made a sub-prime killing. All these ACORN registrants are Obama voters. None are for McCain.
It is so cynical of Obama to abuse the lower class by getting folks in trouble with fraudulent voter registrations. He is supposed to be offering them hope.
ACORN workers and their clients have rights, too, and his ACORN/Project Vote operation is turning otherwise law-abiding folks into criminals.
It is well-known that ACORN is one of the worst employers around, paying sub-minimum wage, working folks long overtime hours and then not paying them, firing them if they talk about forming a union.
There is actually a movement within ACORN to clean it up. Gregory Hall explains about it at http://speakingtruth2power.org/
